A quick recipe for making cannoli with an air fryer.

Ingredients for 5 Cannoli

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Flour the table and knead the dough on the table.
  3. Roll out with a rolling pin, about half a centimeter thick.
  4. Cut with a 10cm round cookie cutter.
  5. Roll the discs onto molds, brushing with water to seal.
  6. Cook in the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes using the grill.
